Natalie participated in the hot tub kissing orgy - James participated in the hot tub kissing orgy;

Natalie gave Matt BJs during the show - James had sex during the show;

Natalie is called a slut - James is not;

Natalie used to strip for money - James used to have sex for money;

Natalie lied to James - James lied to Natalie;

Natalie called James an evil-doer - James called Natalie a w*ore.

Natalie had abortions - James paid for his partner to have one;

Natalie believes in God - James thinks he is God ("I am God" on his ash);

Natalie preached religion - James preached about promoting peace;

Natalie's beliefs were offensive to some - James's non-belief were offensive to some (priest tattoo, etc.);

Natalie was hypocritical at times - James was hypocrtical at times;

Natalie is nasty - James is cool;

Natalie played the GAME - James played the GAME - they both lost;

Natalie is hated - James is loved;

What is the real difference between them, besides the obvious (she's female and he's male)?

ETA: I liked them both as players and am confused why more don't.
